Kofi Addo Ohene-Adjei is an operations and client service professional with a strong background in programme coordination, regulatory compliance, and business development. With a BSc in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Ghana, Kofi brings a unique blend of technical expertise and operational leadership to his work. In his current role  as Operations Officer at Merton & Everett LLP, where he supports  in overseeing daily operations, financial planning, vendor management, and compliance across the Firm. He also plays a key role in business development and client relations, contributing to strategic planning and ensuring smooth service delivery to clients.

Prior to his current role, Kofi worked as an E-Waste Recycling Manager, where he led a joint sustainability initiative with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. His leadership in operations and stakeholder engagement helped increase employee productivity through improved workflow systems. He also represented the company on benchmarking visits, bringing global best practices into local operations.

Kofi’s career has included consulting for environmental management companies, managing production teams, and conducting research in advanced materials. His professional experience is marked by a commitment to environmental sustainability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
